Fantastic selection food, toys, and accessories a variety of animals. My dog, Ruger, really enjoys available area for bath time and the resulting treat. Pricing is competitive online resellers. Especially when items are marked down for sale.

During Texas Snowmageddon 2021...we live in our RV (Fifth wheel) and were so busy getting it prepped for negative temps...we forgot we needed more kibbles...we did call the store first and they said they were open and had electricity...SO, we HAD to go out and LUCKILY, we found the nicest, kindest people who let us come in their store, which had no power because it had JUST gone out...they helped me find the Dog Kibbles we needed as well as their last little sweater for our Sofie and we just want to thank them for 1. Being open 2. Even after they had no power (I did pay cash) 3. They helped me with kindness and smiles! Thank you to the manager Nancy and her AWESOME employee Cassidee! Thank you-beyond! I freaking love this place it is so awesome! I have never seen anything like it, I live in Tyler and anytime I come up to the Dallas area I have to go! They have a super convient dog wash station in the back for $10! The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the best part look at those adorable dog treats (pictured below) they even have animals you can buy! The store is pretty much split into a dog and cat side so whatever your creature I highly recommend them!

great customer service. i got a bearded dragon from them, and it was 100% alive, and happy. the best pet store experience ever! i will totally buy from them again. will recomend this place to everybody!!!

This place is awesome, everyone in it is awesome, and I'm so glad to have found it. I have been in a handful of times over the last few months and had been impressed each time by the staff and the product selection. They're all very helpful and knowledgeable but the short haired lady, who I think is a manager, was especially knowledgeable and welcoming. I foster animals for a rescue so I'm usually looking for products and/or solutions for a specific new issue with a new foster and don't always know what I'm looking for. The first time I went in I was searching for supplements and food for a severely malnourished nursing female dog and she helped me find everything I needed. Those were good experiences but last week sealed the deal and now I'm officially in love with this store. I took my Great Pyrenees in for a bath in the do-it-yourself dog wash and everything about the experience was great. First of all, brushing, bathing, and drying a Great Pyrenees is not a tidy activity anytime but this time she was especially hairy even after I brushed her out as much as I could at home. I got there late, about 7:30 p.m. and they close at 9. There was no irritation or awkwardness from them when I showed up which happens a lot when you get to a store near closing time and I actually kind of expected it on this night. Instead, they were so pleasant and helpful and got me everything I needed to bathe her including extra shampoo and conditioner and even helped pick the best kind for her. Bathing her went off without a hitch but when it was time to dry her with their awesome high powered dryer, I realized that I had loosened up a ton of her undercoat. It was blowing around everywhere like a snowstorm. I was mortified because the dog wash is in an open area in the back of the store so all of her fur was flying all around in the air. I was very conscious of the mess we were making and looked around nervously expecting to see irritated glances from the workers who were starting thei

Very helpful staff. I'm traveling thru Texas and needed to give my 2 boys a bath. For your basic wash, it's 15 bucks a dog. Comes with shampoo/conditioner and towels. It was worth it for me. I also picked up their food. Now my boys are clean and so fresh again.

Great feeder store for our snake. Worms, crickets, feeder fish, mice and small rats. Big dog wash area you can use. Always cool reptiles to want to buy. Ferrets, rabits, birds, you name it.

We took advantage of some good sales to get my son's first reptile pet as well as everything we needed to take care of him. I visit weekly to buy crickets another nutritious things. Have a great price matching policy as well. No reason to shop online.
